Refund policy
Bike Shelf One does not accept any returns or refunds based on change of mind or any issues arising from improper installation or damage. Please select the products very carefully and ensure that it is the correct product for you and your bike prior to making any orders.
Bike Shelf One will comply with all obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you receive a faulty or defective item, you must inform Bike Shelf One immediately. Manufacturer warranty periods and availability of items for repair or replacement is at the manufacturer's discretion and not controlled by Bike Shelf One. We will make our best efforts to provide a remedy depending on the nature of the fault. You must ensure that the correct product is chosen for your application. Used bikes mostly have cosmetic defects and marks consistent with prior use, or can occur in transit.
Bike Shelf One are not obligated to provide refunds or exchanges on products where the incorrect selection has been made by the customer. If Bike Shelf One provides any exchange on orders for you out of goodwill, a restock fee of no less than 20% of your order value will apply at our discretion.
If your order consists of more than one product, the Bike Shelf One team may combine packaging of smaller items into larger product boxes.
